What makes Malik Made jewelry unique?

What is the meaning of Malik Made?

"Malik" is the family name of the designer Madiha Malik, which means "king." The logo shows the MM initials in Arabic/Persian shaped into a geometric diamond—a common motif used throughout the jewelry designs. Antique gold and Ottoman blues represent traditional colors that are often seen throughout Near Eastern art and cultures. Gold signifies refinement and luxury while blue represents royalty and protection. The blush adds a touch of softness and delicacy.

What is the production & shipping timeline?

CUSTOM ORDERS
After submission, custom orders take between 3 – 5 weeks for production in addition to shipping. Order updates can be communicated upon request.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
USPS First Class: 3 – 5 business days
To add insurance or required signature to your package, please email hello@malikmade.com.

INTERNATIONAL
USPS First Class International: 3 – 5 weeks for delivery
USPS Priority International Mail: 6 – 10 business days.

Please keep in mind that all international orders are subject to import duties and taxes in your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance will have to be made on your end. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information.

Malik Made is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen in the mail!

What about returns/exchanges?

Ready-made pieces may be exchanged for up to 14 days after the package is received (return shipping is not included). All exchanged items must be unused and in their original condition.

All custom orders are fully tailored to your style and due to the nature of this process, custom pieces are non-refundable. If in any case you are not completely satisfied with your piece, please contact info@malikmade.com. The goal is to provide you with a special and memorable gift for yourself or your loved ones to cherish for years to come :)

How do I care for my jewelry pieces?

A special pouch or box is included for extra care and protection with each Malik Made jewelry piece. Care instructions vary depending on the materials and finish.

FOR PLATED + SILVER PIECES
Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place when not in use. To clean, gently wipe with a soft cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfume, and harsh chemicals to preserve the plating and finish.

For any unforeseen damages, approval of repairs will be evaluated on a a case-by-case situation and will have to be made within 30 days of the original purchase. Malik Made is not responsible for pieces damaged or lost by the owner.
